  1. Write down one thing you want to change in your life. 
    They could be related to the problem areas in your life, a habit, or thoughts running in your mind. 
  2. Write down what exactly do you want to accomplish.
    Do you want to lose weight? Quit procrastinating? 
  3. Break down that goal into smaller steps.
    For example, if you want to lose weight, identify how to change your diet, get more exercise, and adapt to a healthier lifestyle. 
  4. Envision how your life would look like if you achieved that goal.
    The clearer you can visualize it, the more thrilled you are to achieve it. 
  5. Say this out loud, “I am wired to win!”
    Cultivating this mindset will help you embrace challenges and win more goals essential for your success. 
  6. Take action!
    Go through the daily activities you’ll need to practice and commit to doing them.
