  1. Ask yourself, ‘Are my vision and core values clear and adequately communicated with everyone?’
    The more clearly everyone sees your vision, the more likely you will achieve it.

  2. Ask yourself, ‘What is my ten-year target, and is everyone aware of it?’
    Consider your revenue goal, company size, and market share.

  3. Ask yourself, ‘Is my target market transparent, and do marketing and sales processes work toward that?’
    Depending on size, the target market can be for each product group or the entire company.

  4. Ask yourself, ‘What does my proven process of doing business look like, and does everyone adhere to it?’
    You will enhance your troubleshooting abilities by deciding the process and training everyone to follow it.

  5. Ask yourself, ‘Is my leadership team open and honest?’
    High levels of trust and communication facilitate the sharing of ideas. It will also help you catch any problems early.

  6. Ask yourself, ‘Does my business have regular meetings where everyone can participate?’
    Write down your business meetings schedule and make a note in your calendar.
