View working towards goals as a learning tool

Instructions

  1. View your endeavors as quests for knowledge - ask yourself, “What can I learn from this?”
Viewing life as a series of lessons takes the fear out of failing because you still gain knowledge.

  2. When you face a challenge, be curious about which strategy will overcome it.
If you don’t follow through and learn how to work around the challenge, you gain no knowledge.

  3. Commit to trial-and-error, learning through experience.
If you fail, you learn what doesn’t work and gain valuable skills and information that enables you to try again with better success.

  4. When you have reached your goal, evaluate your experience.
Not only have you finished, but you have also overcome difficulties, learned new strategies, and gained valuable skills and experiences.
