Verify your beliefs

When you are aware of your beliefs, you can work on them. Remember that you can always change your beliefs for ones that are more supportive.

Instructions

  1. Think of your negative beliefs about who you are and your abilities.
    Write down five main beliefs that limit you.
  2. Think of your positive beliefs about who you are and your abilities.
    Write down five main beliefs that support you.
  3. Think about which negative beliefs you can change.
    Some you are able to change immediately and some you probably need to work more to change.
