Use the Naikan meditation to improve your relationships

Instructions

  1. Whenever angry or upset with someone, use the Naikan meditation.
    Ask yourself the following three questions:
     - What have I received from this person?
     - What have I given to this person?
     - What problems have I caused to this person?

  2. Take three days before making a decision.
    When we are bitter or angry, we get into the “fight mode.” Next time you find yourself in a stressful situation, take three days before responding or making any final decision. This way, your mind will have the time to cool down and guarantee the best outcome.
