Use food as a medicine

Instructions

  1. Take care of your gut microbiome system.
    Avoid gluten, processed food, sugar, starch, and refined oils. Include fiber-rich food and prebiotics in your diet. Consider supplementing zinc, vitamin A and Omega-3 fats.

  2. Take care of your immune and anti-inflammatory system.
    Avoid sugar, processed food, conventional dairy, bad fats, refined oils, and all food that provokes inflammation. Include plants, Omega-3-rich food, spices such as ginger and turmeric, and use anti-inflammatory oils such as olive oil. Include food rich in vitamin C, selenium, zinc, and vitamin D.

  3. Take care of your energy system.
    Avoid bad food listed above and include vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B, coenzyme Q10, zink, Omega-3, magnesium, lipoic acid, vitamin E, and vitamin K. Eat food like berries, broccoli, olive oil, avocado, nuts, and grass-fed meat.

  4. Take care of your detoxification system.
    Drink filtered water and green tea. Eat broccoli, cabbage, kale, collards, garlic, and onion. Include B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, manganese, and selenium into your diet (find it in food such as seafood, green vegetables, nuts, seeds, and animal protein). Don’t forget spices such as turmeric, ginger, rosemary, parsley, cilantro, etc.

  5. Take care of your circulatory system.
    Avoid bad fats, industrial meat, starches, and sugar. Eat foods rich in phytonutrients and antioxidants. Eat nitric oxide-rich food like pumpkin seed walnuts, sesame seed, almonds, soybean, seaweed, and turkey and Omega-3 rich fish.

  6. Take care of your communication system (hormones and neurotransmitters).
    Reduce high sugar and starch from your diet. Eat whole foods, plants, good fats, and fiber-rich food with a low glycemic index. To improve thyroid function, ensure your diet is rich in iodine, zinc, selenium, and vitamin D.

  7. Take care of your cell membrane and musculoskeletal system.
    Include healthy fats in your diet, such as olive oil, avocado, nuts, etc. Take quality protein from grass-fed meat and plants. Include food rich in vitamin K, magnesium, calcium, and vitamin D.
