Perform this Breath Recovery practice to help cool down after exercise, or whenever you are agitated or anxious and need to calm yourself.

Exhale normally through the nose.

Pinch nose with fingers and hold your breath for 2-5 seconds.

Release the hold, and breathe normally through the nose for 10 seconds.

Repeat steps 2-5 for a total of 3-5 minutes, or until calm.
