Instructions

  1. Be kind to yourself.
    Every time you talk to yourself, make sure to always use self-compassionate language. Encourage and support yourself as you would a dear friend.
  2. Pay attention to your body.
    Take regular moments throughout the day to notice any physical tension or discomfort. Take deep breaths, relax your muscles, and consciously release any stress.
  3. Focus on your life's greatest constants.
    Take time to appreciate the stable aspects of your life, such as your relationships, values, hobbies, or personal strengths. Remind yourself of these constants during challenging times.
