Live according to your values.


  1. Write down your current values and rank them by their level of importance.
    Think about what you constantly move towards and what you associate with pleasure. This can include things like success, freedom, intimacy, health, and contribution.
  2. Determine which values would allow you to achieve the destiny you desire.
    Make a new list that prioritizes the values that would make you act towards your goals and desires.
  3. Identify conflicting emotions.
    Write down any emotions that may get in the way of your values. For example, fear of failure might get in the way if success is one of your higher values.
  4. Act according to your values and eliminate conflicting emotions.
    Make daily decisions that move you toward your values.
