Instructions

  1. Remove unwanted sensory triggers.
    There is no point keeping unused apps on your cell phone or unwanted articles/items that might cause sensory triggers. Remove them from your living space and mental space. This helps you focus better on your goals.

  2. Talk to yourself everyday. Address yourself loud and clear with your name, tell yourself you can do it, you are capable, you are talented.

  3. Use positive direction to reframe unwanted thoughts.
    Change “I can’t handle everything” to “I’m prioritizing and checking items off my list”.
