  2. Take supplements that help in hydrating the skin.
    Ask for prescriptions from a qualified dermatologist or doctor.
  3. Limit your alcohol intake.
    Alcohol is one of the highest culprits of skin dehydration.
  4. Limit your sugar intake.
    Sugar causes glycation, making it harder for your skin to produce healthy collagen.
  5. Limit your salt intake.
    Excess salt is also associated with skin dehydration.
  6. Drink enough water to stay hydrated.
