Track what and when you eat for a week


  1. Evaluate your eating habits for a week. Take note of the following: 
     - Everything you eat except water that goes into your mouth.
     - When is your first bite of the day? (e.g., 7 AM)
     - When is your last bite of the day? (eg. 10 PM)
     - Therefore, how many hours are you eating per day? (e.g. 9 PM-7AM=15 hours)
  2. Note the following:
     - Any digestive symptoms you may be experiencing (e.g., constipation, stomach cramping, acid reflux).
     - Your current weight and BMI
    - Any other relevant markers (e.g., blood glucose).
