- Therefore, how many hours are you eating per day? (e.g. 9 PM-7AM=15 hours) -
Note the following:
- Any digestive symptoms you may be experiencing (e.g., constipation, stomach cramping, acid reflux).
- Your current weight and BMI
- Any other relevant markers (e.g., blood glucose).
