Think in a positive way

“Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results.” - Willie Nelson

When you start to think positively, you will improve your coping skills in difficult situations. And you will reduce your fear of failure.

Moreover, by changing your way of thinking you will make a better first impression. You will make it easier to get out of your comfort zone. You will attract supporting people into your life. You will find your true passion. You will improve your relationships and social skills. And you’ll believe more strongly in your abilities.

Instructions

  1. Turn losses into victories as new experiences.
Even in a hopeless situation, try to draw positivity. Your thoughts come from you, and only you can change them.

  2. Let go of the things you cannot control.

  3. Nurture the close relationships that you care about.

  4. Get to know yourself better.
    Develop your strengths.

  5. Take responsibility for yourself
This includes your physical and mental health.

  6. Find a quiet and peaceful place where you can press “stop”.
You do not have to physically go anywhere—this place is inside of you. You can envision a specific image or space. The practice of mindfulness and meditation can be very helpful.

  7. Reflect on why you truly want what you want.
