Think abundantly

Instructions

  1. Embrace the power of your thoughts and beliefs.
Realize that you are in charge of your destiny through your thoughts, beliefs, and words. Recall both positive and negative beliefs and thoughts that influenced your experience.

  2. Examine whether you hold limiting beliefs about yourself.
Answer these questions: Do you presume failure if you're not perfect? Do you always blame yourself or always expect the worst? Do you generalize and feel that if something unpleasant has occurred once, it will always occur? If the answer is "yes," then you are stuck in the beliefs that hold you back most of the time.

  3. Upgrade your beliefs.
Write down your harmful beliefs, then rephrase them into something that’s useful, encouraging, and motivating. For example, rephrasing the harmful belief, "That's just the way I am" into “I have the power to change myself.”

  4. Adopt the abundance mindset.
Be grateful and confident in yourself; share your knowledge and compassion with others; believe that you can develop your skills and talents; be open to new experiences and trust other people; be optimistic about the future; see challenges as opportunities; set high goals; and embrace risk.
