  1. Heat up your chicken if you are afraid it’s contaminated.
    It would be best to avoid consuming chicken that you are afraid of being contaminated. But if you want to consume chicken contaminated with Salmonella, make sure to heat up your chicken. Salmonella can happily survive in cold temperatures but completely perishes in the heat of an oven set at a minimum of 167 degrees Fahrenheit (75 degrees Celsius) for 10 minutes.

  2. Consult a specialist if Helicobacter pylori causes you issues.
    Some people wait for gastritis issues to heal by themselves, which can sometimes even happen.  However, if Helicobacter pylori are the cause of gastritis, the problem can worsen and lead to a stomach ulcer if left untreated.
