Take proper care of your skin

Instructions

  1. Cleanse your skin twice every day—in the mornings and evenings.
Double cleanse if you are wearing makeup or sunscreen, or both.
  2. Get some sunshine.
Sunshine is a good source of Vitamin D, which protects and improves cell turnover.
  3. Use a high Sun Protection Factor (SPF 30+) to protect your skin against sun damage.
  4. Use good quality skincare products, including cleanses, eye products, acids, serums, and moisturizers.
Low-quality skin care products could harm your skin.
  5. Get enough sleep.
When you don't get enough sleep, it reflects on your skin glow and face.
  6. Eat healthy meals.
Healthy meals containing less sugar, fewer processed foods, and fewer dairy products can help improve the overall health of your skin.
