  3. ** Track your progress.**
    Monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed.
  4. ** Learn from your mistakes.** Don't let one mistake derail your entire goal. Don't give in to the temptation to "might as well" give up. Instead, learn and grow from those mistakes.
  5. ** Celebrate small wins.** Don't focus on being perfect; focus on making progress. Whenever you've accomplished a step relevant to your goal, celebrate it. This will motivate you to keep taking consistent action towards achieving it.
