Avoid burnout by performing mini habits


  1. Never cheat yourself. Make sure that you stick to the mini habit you have set for yourself. To avoid burnout, refrain from doing more than what you have promised yourself.
  2. Celebrate your progress.
    Celebrate all the progress you have made, no matter how small it may be. To create a positive feedback loop, reward yourself after completing a mini habit.
  3. If you feel resistance, reduce the task.
    If you feel strong resistance to a task, reduce it to a smaller and smaller task until the resistance you feel is minimal.
