Instructions

  1. Replace unhealthy food with healthy alternatives.
    For example, when you next crave soda, have a glass of juice instead.

  2. Exercise.
    Start with 5 mins a day, and as you get used to it, gradually increase the amount of time you exercise.

  3. Sleep for at least 8 hours a night.
    You need to sleep for 8-10 hours to remain healthy.
