    Practicing mindfulness by observing your environment keenly can help free you from ego-based fears, desires, expectations, biases, and defenses.
  4. Meditate
    Taking some quiet time to meditate can help you see reality clearly without being blinded by your ego.
  5. Keep your mind relaxed and open. 
    This will help you make fair judgments about the world and where you belong.
