Instructions

  1. Divide your day into three parts.
    Treat each part as the different deadlines for your tasks, even if each is meant for the whole day. This way, you’ll finish three tasks in a day!
  2. Spend the first 30 minutes of your day doing mindfulness activities.
    Train your mind to strengthen its ability to focus by meditating, reading books, or exercising first thing in the morning.
  3. Measure your performance often.
    Keep track of your progress and make necessary changes along the way.
  4. Focus on building a better future.
    Stop living in the past and start thinking about how you can build a better future.
