    Instead of worrying too much about the future, try shifting your focus on the tasks that you need to accomplish in the present.

    Regularly assess your progress and adjust your goals and tasks accordingly. This will help you stay on track and ensure that you're making progress toward your overall goals.
  6. Recognize your accomplishments.
