How to Apply This
- Set WIGs.
Think about what you want to achieve in your life. Then, set three goals - one related to your career, one related to your family, and one related to yourself. - Identify lead measures.
Figure out what steps you need to take to reach your goals. For example, if you want to lose weight, you could plan to walk 5 miles a day, not eat after 8 p.m., and limit your calorie intake to 2500 per day. - Track scoreboard.
Monitor your progress and post a scoreboard to keep yourself motivated. - Evaluate progress.
