Instructions

  1. Lean on your goal.
    Expect the change and lean into it. When you realize that you want or need to make a change, go for it, and take some action.

  2. Engage with the feeling of achieving your goal.
    Think about the idea until you understand it. Notice your feelings about that idea and work with it until you know what to do with it. That thought that keeps returning to you could start a new journey.

  3. Activate yourself.
    Don't wait until every step towards your goal is clear; get active and determine the next logical step.

  4. Pounce.
    Once you've determined your next step, take it. Do not wait.
