  1. Make a list of your positive traits
    Read your list every day - it will prevent you from experiencing feelings of inferiority often.
  2. Change a negative trait
    Choose one negative trait and work on improving yourself. 
  3. Nurture your work relationships
    Understand that your colleagues are not your enemies, but your allies and possibly friends. When you need help with a task, ask a colleague to help you. Similarly, offer your help to others and maintain healthy work relationships. 
  4. Allow yourself to be vulnerable in relationships
    Being open to new experiences will also bring joy to your life.
