  1. Write a list of the things that are good for you, but you don’t want to do
    Consider stepping outside your comfort zone regularly.

  2. Focus on your weaknesses
    Exploit your weaknesses when deciding which uncomfortable thing to do each day because it is the only way to turn them into strengths.

  3. Get out of your comfort zone every day
    Doing things that make you uncomfortable on a daily basis will build your character and will make you stronger.
