Stay physically healthy.

Keeping your body healthy will, in turn, keep your mind healthy. Plus, having good physical health will keep you alert and efficient. Setting a goal weight will motivate you to work toward it.


  1. Identify what you need to do to be physically healthy.
    Think about what “perfect health” would look like in comparison to your current health. Now, what do you need to do to achieve that?

  2. Get a complete medical examination.
    Also get advice from your doctor about what you need to do in order to get healthy.

  3. Set an ideal weight as a goal and work toward it.
    Brainstorm and come up with at least 20 different things you can do, big or small, that will bring you one step closer to that ideal weight.

  4. Pick one specific action you are going to implement in your life right now to be more healthy.
    Then do it.
