Start your day with Radio Taiso

Instructions

  1. Dedicate at least five minutes every day to Radio Taiso.
    This gentle warm-up consists of simply raising your arms above your head and then bringing them down in a circular motion.

  2. Use Radio Taiso as a tool to wake up your body in the morning.
    Radio Taiso can be done by almost everyone, and it is great as a morning warm-up since it is an exercise low in intensity that focuses on joint mobility.
