Practice meditation daily


  1. Schedule a 5-10 minute meditation into your daily schedule for one month.
    Consider meditating in the morning to set yourself up for success for the rest of your day. Also, consider where you will sit.
  2. Pay attention to how your body feels before, during, and after your meditation session.
    How do you feel physically, emotionally, and mentally before, during, and after? Write your experience down after each session.
  3. Reflect on your meditation experience.
    What benefits have you noticed from your month-long meditation practice? Do you want to increase the amount of time you spend meditating daily? What challenges have you overcome? What have you learned about yourself?
