Start making small changes in your life to achieve great results.

Instructions

  1. Take tiny steps.
You can make small and steady changes that will add up to huge changes. For example, it is better to start with exercising for 5 minutes a day rather than not exercising at all.

  2. Whenever you meet your standards, raise them.
Over time, your gradually raised standards will add up to changes larger than you could have imagined. For example, if your goal is to do 100 push-ups, you can increase the number of push-ups by 1 every day.

  3. Be consistent.
The key to real growth is consistency. It feels like a slow climb at first, but once you build enough momentum, you won’t want to stop growing. It’s much more effective and easier to raise the bar a little every day than raise it seven times as much each week.
