  1. Get up at 5 am
    Spend at least one hour every day on yourself, thinking about your goals, about your desires, and about your entire day. 
  2. Keep stepping out of your comfort zone
    Getting up at 5 am can be very difficult for people who have never been in the habit of rising early. Even when you don’t want to do it, be resolute and spend time on self-reflection in the morning.
