Start a daily juice habit

Instructions

  1. Prepare and drink juice only on an empty stomach.
Try to drink your juice on an empty stomach an hour before eating other foods.

  2. Avoid mixing fruits.
Fruits don’t combine well with other fruits. Instead, try out vegetables and herbs like celery, zucchini, and parsley, and avoid sweet vegetables like beets, carrots, and jicama. See what your body needs.

  3. Avoid eating cruciferous veggies.
Eating kale and cabbage will suppress your thyroid and make you lose the energy you need for healing.

  4. Drink the juice as soon as it is ready.
Drink right away after you make it so that it doesn’t get sweeter. If you don’t like the sweet juices, you can add a teaspoon of apple vinegar to balance the taste.

  5. Add some extra foods or herbs.
Try adding good bacteria to your juices like Bifidus, lactobacillus, and acidophilus. Kefir also combines well with raw vegetables.
