Shift to a new identity

Instructions

  1. Envision a perfect day in your life.
    Use your imagination to visualize your perfect day in your perfect life. As yourself: If there were no limitations or consequences, what would your perfect average day look like? Where would you live? What would you have for breakfast? What purpose would you strive for? What would your friends be like? See and feel every detail as vividly as possible.

  2. Create your new identity.
    Once you know what your perfect life looks and feels like, ask yourself: “Who must I evolve into to live such a perfect life?” Write down what you want your life to look like in terms of health/wellbeing, creativity level, abundance, love, and connections.

  3. Create lofty questions to incorporate your new belief system.
    Repetitive declarations (affirmations) such as “I am kind and loving” are useless. Instead, pose a question such as “Why am I so kind and loving?” Ask the question once rather than repeatedly during meditation. Your subconscious mind will take the question and find a way to resolve it, creating a new set of behaviors.
