Set achievable goals for your company

Instructions

  1. Write a list of the goals you hope to accomplish.
Think of the upcoming projects your company has. What do you hope to achieve upon completion? Determine what your short-term and long-term goals are, and make a note of their importance.
  2. Write a list of attributes your company can strive for.
A goal doesn’t have to be something specific or one with an endgame. Sometimes a simple goal, such as Pixar’s “passion for excellence,” can encourage workers to do their very best.
  3. Share how staff can help reach the company’s goals.
Your employees may be aware of the company’s goals, but letting them know how they contribute to those goals (and how valuable they are) can go a long way in boosting morale.
