   1. Is this a problem?
   2. Why does the problem exist?
   3. Is there an obvious solution to this problem?
   4. What’s the least I can do to resolve this problem?

2. Make your products simple by eliminating unnecessary components.
   Eliminating unnecessary components ensures your products will be more user-friendly.
