Start a weekly family check-in on routines and feelings. Reserve a time to discuss what's working, what's stressful, and which tasks should be rotated or reconsidered. Keep it calm and solutions-focused.

Share out responsibilities, including who gets private time or space. Have each person choose or trade at least one responsibility—cooking, cleaning, organizing, even maintaining quiet zones for personal space.

Rotate ‘rules’ to practice flexibility. Try breaking from tradition: swap seats at dinner, try different wake-up times, or switch who decides on weekend activities. Notice how small adjustments affect the group’s mood.
