Identify up to three apps that you waste a significant amount of your time on.
These are your ‘bad habit’ apps. Remove them.
Think about what needs they fulfill.
For example, they may provide you with entertainment. Or, they may help you feel connected to your friends, family, and the world around you.
Identify a replacement app for each one.
For example, if you tend to waste time on YouTube as you enjoy learning new things, you could replace it with Duolingo.
Place your replacement apps where your ‘bad habit’ apps used to be.
Use the habit of clicking on your ‘bad habit’ apps to click on your replacement apps instead.
