Replace negative feelings with positive ones

You have a tool to eliminate triggers that put you in negative states.


  1. Think of a powerful, confident moment and give it a color that you would associate with that state.
    Do the same with sound, shape, and feeling. Add a phrase that makes you feel happy and powerful.

  2. Think of a negative situation, a person you don’t like, or something that bothers you.

  3. Put the color, shape, and sound of positive feelings around the negative experience.
    Imagine that you captured everything that is negative. Physically blow your powerful color all over the negative anchor until it dissolves into mist.

  4. Say a phrase that puts you in a good mood while imagining your favorite color mist.
    Repeat this process with other negative situations or people.
