Regularly cleanse your colon


  1. Eat foods high in fiber.
    Eat grains, vegetables, and fruits because they contain water, which helps with the cleansing process of your colon. Green vegetables such as leafy greens and cultured veggies are the best to include in your diet.
  2. Drink lots of water.
    Drinking eight glasses of water a day can prevent constipation and improve colon function. 
  3. Use probiotic supplements.
    You can, for example, add chlorophyll to your water. Chlorophyll maintains the balance between acid and alkaline in your blood.
  4. Exercise daily.
    Jogging and abdominal exercise are beneficial to your colon and help strengthen the peristaltic movements.
