Reflect on conversations you’ve had today.
Note the goals of each conversation. Can you catch how often one person said something when they really meant another? Do you think they were unconscious games?
Pay attention to repeating games.
Once you know how to recognize a game, it’s time to keep an eye on how often your social circle plays repeat games. Do they play their games with only you or with others as well?
Keep track of the games you notice.
Write the games you notice down in a journal. Once you notice the games people play, you can start to notice the ones you play, too.
