Process your negative emotions


  1. Recognize your bad emotions. 
    Why do you feel some negative emotions? What belief is behind them?
  2. Recognize that they are in you, not in external reality. 
    Realize that you feel that way because of how you perceive the situation that caused that destructive emotion.
  3. Remind yourself that emotions are constantly changing. 
    Emotions are signs for you but are not crucial and unchangeable things that define you.
  4. Recognize that as you change, everything changes. 
    Change your perception and beliefs, and you will change how you feel and live.
