Instructions

  1. Remove makeup before indulging in exercises.
    Exercise raises your body temperature, which can cause makeup products to clog your open pores.
  2. Apply light moisturizer on your face before indulging in early morning exercise, especially in cold weather.
    This will help protect your face against dryness.
  3. Apply SPF 30+ before exercising in a hot climate.
    This will help protect your skin against ultraviolet rays.
