Instructions

  1. Practice stillness and mindfulness.
    Find time to calm down, stop, and reflect on your life, thoughts, and emotions. Set a time when you won't do anything but sit and relax. Make sure you are relaxing your mind and body. You may try meditation for this.
  2. Simplify your life.
    Learn to appreciate inexpensive items. Find something you like to read and learn to enjoy it. Learn to enjoy talking to and being around people, even if they are different from you. Keep your needs and wants simple. Learn to take deep breaths, taste food when you eat it and get a good night's sleep when you sleep. Learn to let bad ideas go back to where they came from. Do things that come naturally. Let it be easy for them. Find an easy way to love.
