Practice letting go

Instructions

  1. Ask yourself what you need to let go of.
    Think of the things that typically cause you to experience negative thoughts and emotions. Set an intention to practice letting go when these negative feelings get triggered.
  2. Let go of your tension.
    Since you have begun to notice when you experience moments of inner tension, seek to stop the negative thought processes associated with them by simply observing the sensation of the tension. Accept it for what it is without your storytelling, and relax as you connect with the present moment.
