Practice gratitude daily

Instructions

  1. Keep a daily gratitude journal.
    Write at least one thing you’re grateful for today. Be as specific as possible, get personal, and try to find inspiration even in the smallest things.
  2. Meditate.
    Connect to your body and your emotions. Meditation helps you have more clarity about your life. For starters, you could try guided meditation sessions.
  3. Express your gratitude in your relationships with others.
    Thank your partner for the time they give you, even during busy times. Thank your colleague for helping you with a project. Thank your mom for the delicious meal she lovingly prepared for you.
