Practice good skincare habits during the summer

Instructions

  1. Use a more powerful SPF and reapply every two hours if you sit in the sun.
Go for SPF30 and above. It will protect your skin against ultraviolet light.
  2. Ditch other moisturizers for those that contain hyaluronic acid (HA).
Hyaluronic acid is excellent for warm weather.
  3. Use oil-free moisturizers.
They are a good option in higher temperatures because they help the skin retain more moisture.
  4. Use anti-oxidants like Vitamin C.
Vitamin C helps your skin manage heat by protecting against free radicals and encouraging collagen production.
