Rewrite your limiting beliefs.
Make a list of 3-5 things for which you are grateful.
Write 3-5 things you love about yourself.
Write down a negative model/belief you have.
Ask yourself, is it absolute truth? Does it really mean what you think it means? If you answered no to either of the questions, remove it.
Replace the negative model/belief.
Write one positive model/belief to replace each negative model/belief you established.
