Perform the hand solo method of muscle testing

Instructions

  1. Turn down the muscle strength or tightness in the resistance finger, so it is just strong enough to remain holding straight out.
Aim for about five percent strength.
  2. While maintaining this low level of strength in the resistance finger, press down gently with the pressure finger, taking note of how much pressure you are using.
You will probably find that the resistance finger depresses easily.
  3. Say the word “yes,” and gently test the resistance finger by applying some downward pressure.
It should feel locked against your downward pressure.
  4. Say the word “no,” and test again.
The resistance finger should give way to your downward pressure. Remember that you are attempting to detect the subtle change taking place in the body, and this is best done very gently.
  5. In order to fine-tune your pressure and resistance settings, use the procedure for establishing a baseline as outlined previously.
Continue to increase or decrease your pressure and resistance settings until you feel comfortable and have a clear yes and no.
