  2. Begin every day with empowering questions.
    Every morning, ask yourself questions that empower and drive you forward.
  3. Refuse to dwell on negative thoughts.
    When a negative thought comes up, re-direct your focus by asking yourself empowering questions.
  4. Focus on solutions, not problems.
    Whenever a problem or the thought of a problem arises, focus on solutions.
  5. Re-start the challenge if you indulge in a negative thought.
    If you indulge in a negative thought for more than a minute, you should start the challenge from day one.
